Receipt of physical water, food, soil, mineral or fertilizer samples with chain-of-custody documentation.
Sample Registration
Unique barcode logging, laboratory information management system (LIMS) intake and cold/dark storage.
Laboratory Analysis
High-precision instrument testing (spectrometry, chromatography, microbiological culturing) by analysts.
Quality Verification
Dual-tier data review, blank and duplicate spike verification, and quality audit sign-off.
Test Report

Ensuring proper collection and preservation is critical for analytical accuracy. Follow these standard steps prior to dispatch.
Sample Preservation
Use clean, non-leaching amber glass or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) containers. Keep temperature-sensitive samples chilled at 2-6°C.
Chain of Custody (CoC) Form
Accompany every shipment with a signed Chain-of-Custody document indicating sampling date, location, target parameters, and client details.
Tamper-Evident Sealing
Apply serialized security seals to container caps to guarantee sample integrity from dispatch until intake at our analytical receiving dock.
Courier / Drop-off Tracking
Send tracking information to our laboratory sample coordinators or hand-deliver directly to our central sample collection window.
Every Result Is Checked Twice Before Sign-Off
Our laboratory protocol dictates that no test certificate is finalized until the primary analyst’s raw data is independently checked against certified calibration curves and blank-spike controls by our Quality Assurance manager.
